Our Festival is Growing!

With YOUR HELP, The 2024 Warrensburg Corn Festival will debut a permanent outdoor stage!

While planning for the 2024 Festival, we were faced with an increase in the stage rental fee. The Committee discussed this challenge and decided that rather than paying higher fees every year, a permanent, 32’x24’ stage would be more cost-effective for the long-term. This stage can also be used year-round for other entertainment and community events. We approached the Village Board for approval and they agreed to the construction of a permanent stage with the goal of accomplishing the project through community support.

We were recently awarded a grant of $10,000 from the Heart of Illinois Community Foundation of Macon County and Decatur Earthmover Credit Union toward this project. A local resident is also helping with a sizable contribution. With the Festival fast approaching, we are eager to get started and raise additional funds to meet our goal of providing a new, outdoor entertainment space for the community.

Golf Cart FunRun
Saturday, October 7th, 2023 2 PM

REGISTRATION: 1:30 PM at Da Burg Bar & Grill, 145 N. Main St. Warrensburg, IL

HOW IT WORKS: Starts at 2:00 PM; Last card must be turned in at Da Burg at 6:00 PM to be eligible to win.

Participants will receive a card at sign up. At each stop, particpants will draw a card to be marked on their card. Only one card will be drawn at each stop. Each stop will be for approximately 30-45 minutes.  There will be tons of fun along the way with raffle and silent auction items at each stop.

All means of transportation welcome: feet, bikes, mowers, golf carts, tractors, ATVs, etc.

GOLF CART RENTAL: Golf carts for the FunRun may be rented through Da Burg prior to the event.

  • Must have a VALID driver’s license to rent a golf cart
  • COST: 2 seat cart-$110; 4 seat cart-$130
    Check, cash or credit/debit card with an additional 3% fee
  • Pick up time: 10 AM-12 PM on Saturday, October 7th at Da Burg
  • Return time: 5 PM on Sunday, October 8th at Da Burg. YES, you get a day to play around town in the golf cart with the rental
  • Renter is solely responsible for ALL incidentals to golf cart

Golfball Drop

Purchase Golf Balls from The Warrensburg Village Hall, from a Corn Fest Committee Member or during the Golf Cart FunRun.

COST: $10 for One Ball; $20 for Three Balls
500 GOLF BALLS SOLD (If all 500 balls are not sold, a percentage will be paid to the winner and loser.)
The ball closest to the flag wins $500
The ball farthest from the flag wins $200
